• Western Weight: A structured mognolian wool felt with a firm brim.
• Dress Weight: A lighter mongolian wool felt with a flexible brim.

Both felt weights are available in all colors.

When will my hat ship?

• Ready-to-wear products: Ship 2-4 weeks from the order date.
• Custom hats: Typically ship within 6-8 weeks. A confirmed delivery window
• will be provided upon placing your order.

How do I return an online order?

Email jaroonzhats@gmail.com to start an online return. Unworn merchandise can be

returned for a full refund

within 30 days of the shipping date. All custom orders or modified hats are final sale.
